It is a mere 2 minutes walk to the University, 1 minute to the station & 8 minutes to the city centre or Mutley Plain.

It has 4 large double bedrooms, a modern fitted & well equipped kitchen, dining room/sitting/TV area, lounge/tv/games room, separate WC, a very large bathroom with WC, corner bath & shower cubicle and a secure yard with lockable bike storage area.

    This is the kitchen. You may have seen an image of it before as the University Accommodation office used it for a long time as an example photo of a student house kitchen. It is fully fitted and has a fridge, two freezers, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine; cutlery and crockery are provided. The back door opens onto the back yard.

    This is the ground floor front bedroom, and largest room in the house.
  • Ground Floor Back Bedroom
    This is the ground floor back bedroom. As you can see, both ground floor bedrooms have their original fireplaces intact, giving them a lot of character.
  • First Floor Back Bedroom
    This is the first floor back bedroom. It is a popular room with students who like to watch the trains as they approach and exit leave the station. They are going so slowly that noise is not an issue.
  • First Floor Front Bedroom
    This is the first floor front bedroom; it is the sunniest room in the house and a popular choice.
  • First Floor Lounge / TV / Games Room
    This is the upstairs lounge / TV room / games room.
